I ordered a few parts from Riva Racing for my ski, and once I got everything installed, I could definitely feel the difference. The throttle feels a lot sharper now, and it pulls harder through the mid-range, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Everything was packed well and fit like it was supposed to, so no complaints there. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were kind of slow. Still, the parts did what I wanted them to do, and I’d order from them again

I’m always a little skeptical dealing with customer service stuff because it feels like half the time you get the runaround, but this was actually straightforward. The return instructions were clear, and they answered my email within about a day. The refund did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked, around a week after they received the part back, but it did come through. Not perfect, but better than I expected. I’d probably order from them again.

and it fits my ski just right. Nothing fancy to say, it does what I needed and I’m happy with it.

The tech support team definitely knew what they were doing, and they did get my issue fixed in the end. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the same problem twice, which was a little frustrating. Still, they got it sorted eventually, so... not the worst experience

So... I had an issue with a part and ended up needing to use the warranty. It took a couple of emails and I had to send over some pictures, but Riva Racing handled it fairly. It wasn’t super instant, but they did get back to me and sent out the replacement. Overall, I’m happy with how it went — I just wish the first response had been a little quicker...

Everything I needed was actually in stock, and the whole thing was no hassle at all. i kind of regret wasting time looking around elsewhere before coming here
